Ryan joined Lincoln Capital in 2007 after several years experience in both the residential mortgage lending and real estate auction industries. He grew up in Northern Maine and currently lives in South Portland with his wife and 2 children. Ryan earned a broadcasting degree from New England School of Communications and a business administration degree from Husson University. In his role as Senior Loan Officer, he is responsible for origination to servicing the loans as well as the daily operations of the company. Ryan has been a longtime member of the South Portland Zoning Board of Appeals.

John is a life long resident of Falmouth, Maine where he also attended Falmouth High School. After graduating from the University of Southern Maine, John’s real estate career started in 1986 as a lender working with clients on buying and selling homes. Since 1996 John has been the President of First Financial of Maine, a leading mortgage provider in the state. During John’s 27 year real-estate career he has established many great working relationships with lenders and brokers throughout New England. He is ready to expertly advise and guide you through the lending process.

Carol Capomaccio serves as the Office Manager and Bookkeeper for Lincoln Capital, bringing years of experience in financial management and administrative support. Her attention to detail and organizational skills ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Carol is a reliable and dedicated professional, committed to maintaining efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of her role.

Todd attended Portland schools and the University of Southern Maine and began his real-estate career with the purchase of his 1st investment building in 1996. Two years later joining First Financial Mortgage, and becoming a successful loan advisor. In 2006, along with his partners, he started Lincoln Capital. “We recognized a need for short term financing to fill niches conventional lenders would not do. There were so many qualified buyers with great opportunities who weren’t getting financed”. In addition to being the President of Lincoln Capital, Todd is a partner in 2 other local businesses. He currently lives in Falmouth with his two children. “I have a passion for the Real Estate business. We are a proven entity in the Real Estate Lending world. Let our Money go to work for you”.

Ross Y. Furman is a life time resident of Maine currently lives in Eastport/Portland Me. He founded & located his Skillful Vending Distributors business in the then undeveloped Bayside area of Portland over 30 years ago. His visionary investing of real-estate in the Bayside area proved to be fortuitous as Portland’s business district began to expand. Ross’s insight into the real-estate lending business developed from his experience as a loan officer for his Skillful Vending clients, combined with his yearly commercial real-estate investments in Maine. Ross graduated from Husson University and currently serves on the Board-Of-Trustees, where he plays an active role in the activities of the Furman Student Center. Ross is the person you want working on your real-estate deals.
